Yes, I just completed installing 378s and frames in the wings of a Supra Pro. Yes you do have to trim the opening, especially for the ailerons. The "indented" section around the servo opening is thinner than the rest of the wing and is intended to be trimmed if needed. I had to do a little triming for the flaps, but not a lot. But for the ailerons I had to trim quite a bit.
Also, on the push rod side you will likely have to trim a bit.
When setting up the servo arm positions I cut it down to the hole closest to the servo, removing the servo arm beyond that. And the arms are not straight up bit at about 1 o'clock, maybe 2 o'clock in order for the pushrod/clevis to clear the wing openings.
It took quite a bit of playing till I got them how I wanted them. Then, and only then, did I glue them in.
