I was at the DEKA manufacturing plant in Lyons PA today for a seminar and they have a factory store 610-682-6361 that will sometimes have some of their premium solar batteries "cosmetic blems" for sale. Not sure if the ESL needs any but they make the Cadillac of gel cells. they have a 97Ah battery, 8G31 that seems like it would handle our needs pretty well. It's a $280 battery that we might be able to get for 1/2 price. Maybe there might be some members that live close to the plant who could check it out. I can call the store next week if there is a need to get replacements for this year. John
