ALESAudio V2.0 has now been posted. This version is functionally identical to the original but has a revised user interface (simpler) and modifications to the audio files. Installing V2.0 will overwrite previous versions.
I've just released version 2.1. The only change in this release is the format of the icon so you can see it on the default Windows 10 taskbar.
Also, Windows 10 users may be perplexed by complaints from "Windows Groove" music player.
The solution is easy. NOTE: You must have 'View - hidden items' turned on in Windows File Explorer.
Press OK to dismiss the error dialog. Click the 'Change where we look' link. Click the + icon to add a folder. Add the folder C:\ProgramData\AlesAudio and you are good to go.
Once it is running, you'll probably want to change to the 'Now Playing' view (indicated by the icon with vertical bars) in order to pause and/or change position in the playlist announcements.
